Let me start by saying I LOVE Panera bread. Customer service deserves 5 stars hands down! Wish I could remember the name of the young Lady, but her customer service set expectations that the food didn’t match lol I will say this may be a place that isn’t for me, so for anyone reading this I encourage you to give this place a try! Food deserves 2-3 stars, only because how fresh it is. I can honestly say their customer service is impeccable! Usually I wouldn’t give this place a second try, but since their customer service was so great I will definitely give them another try. What this place excels in, which few places in Vegas do, is the customer service. The Turkey Avocado sandwich and it ingredients were extremely fresh, but to our disappointment the sandwich was bland. I’ve definitely had better and have made better myself. As far as taste there wasn’t anything special about them, but they were good. The Razzleberry smoothie was more like juice, and the Mango Tango was thick but still had chunks of frozen mango in it. We will certainly be back and encourage everyone to give it a try especially if you enjoy Greek food.We ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich, Mango Tango Smoothie and Razzleberry Smoothie. The prices are reasonable and portions are a good size. Everything about our meal was perfect, the food, the service and of course the desserts. Several people came in just for the baked goods to take to go. On the way out, we checked out the bakery display and there are many more desserts I want to try. We finished the meal with cappuccinos which were also outstanding. The Orange Pie is delicious and really unlike any dessert I’ve ever had. For dessert we both had the Orange Pie which is served with a scoop of ice cream. It was delicious as were our main courses of Pita Souvlaki ( beef wrapped in Pita bread, filled with onions, tomatoes, French fries, tzatziki) and the Souvlaki Platter (available with choice of meat and all the same fillings as the Pita Souvlaki excepted deconstructed). We started our meal with an appetizer of Feta Saganaki, which is basically feta cheese wrapped in phyllo dough. He has implemented some of the best COVID mitigation efforts I have seen in a restaurant. The restaurant is extremely clean and the silverware is individually wrapped in plastic. Seating is at 50% with every other table not in use. The atmosphere is relaxed and modern, designed by the owner. He started construction prior to the pandemic and while he opened in the middle of the pandemic, he has been doing his best to keep things going. The restaurant, according to the owner, has been open for four months. on Horizon Ridge and were anxious to try it. We were totally unaware that a new restaurant had opened. Our Aunt and Uncle told us about Hellas today and raved about the food and the baked goods. We tried Hellas Bakery Cafe for the first time tonight and I’m so glad that we did.
